ATNAC was established in 1994 to take into account the rapidly converging technologies and industries that were driving telecommunications into the next century. ATNAC was created to allow industry and the research community to gather in one place for three days of intensive presentations and discussion across a wide range of telecommunications activities.

ATNAC provides a forum for Australian and international researchers in Telecommunications, Networking and Applications to meet and exchange ideas on current issues in telecommunications research and industry.

The focus of the Conference will be Development in Industry, Mobile Communications and Networking.

It is being organised by the Australian Telecommunications Cooperative Research Centre.

ATNAC 2006 will be run by the Centre for Ultra-Broadband Information Networks and the NICTA Victorian Node at the University of Melbourne. Visit the website at www.atnac2006.com.
